Welcome to the South Valley website!

Located in the heart of Valencia, the Valencia South Valley Homeowners Association is a prime example of a master planned community. Constructed in the late 70’s and early 80’s, the community looks every bit as good today as when it was first envisioned by Newhall Land & Farming Company, and the architectural design firm Victor Gruen Associates. The Paseo system, which was part of the original design allows pedestrians to travel throughout most of the community without having to cross busy streets.

The Community has three distinctive housing types, ranging from the one story Sunrise Homes duplexes, and the Discovery zero lot line homes, to the one and two story Heritage Homes. The community also features three recreation centers with sparkling Pools, Spas, Shade Structures, and restroom facilities. The City of Santa Clarita’s Almendra Park is also located within the community.

Valencia South Valley is just a few minutes east of the I-5 Golden State Freeway and less than a mile from Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, Valencia Town Center, and convenient local merchants. The Valencia Industrial & Commerce Centers are less the ten minutes away, offering a myriad of employment opportunities.
